Material Theme
After user testing and refining the flow, I developed a high-fidelity prototype using Material 3, Google's latest design system. This helped ensure a modern, consistent UI, improving accessibility and responsiveness. Based on user feedback, I simplified complex features like task creation and group management, making the app more intuitive while maintaining functionality.
Component Design
The entire app was revamped using Material 3 (M3) design principles by Google, ensuring modern, cohesive, and user-friendly components across all screens.
Core wireframe & Usability testing
After creating the sitemap, I conducted user testing with five participants using a paper prototype.
The original sitemap included six main functions: signup, chat, setup shop, task updates, create & assign tasks, and share requirements. However, user testing revealed that creating groups is crucial for effective collaboration and should be prioritized with additional features. Additionally, some features, such as signup and task creation, were found to be too complicated. As a result, I simplified these processes when developing the low-fidelity wireframes.
