I'm Meenu, Sr. Product Designer
Recently, I solved a murder mystery — not in a crime lab, but inside Wells Fargo during our Design Day workshop. I created the session to train the XD team in prompt engineering, using storytelling to explore how designers investigate user problems. Because to me, every UX challenge is an investigation — we trace clues through user journeys, uncover hidden motivations, and connect evidence until a pattern reveals itself: the solution.

my key projects
In my work across merchant service mobile apps, Financial Health Tools (FHT), and AI integrations, I’ve unraveled many such mysteries. Each project begins with questions: Why did this interaction fail? What signal did the data hide? How can AI assist the user instead of overwhelming them? Whether refining funding flow experiences or designing FHT enhancements, I’ve treated every ambiguity as an open case — one solved through empathy, experimentation, and evidence.
Before banking and fintech, I spent five years designing health-tech games that tracked cognitive and biomechanical behaviors. There, I learned that design, like healing, is an ongoing process — design, understand, redesign. It should never truly end, because curiosity keeps both the product and the people evolving.
